![]() Good Food That's Good For You!In 1992, I started making pancakes for my nephews on Saturday mornings. I used a simple recipe which lacked character and flavor. They were vehicles for maple syrup. ![]() Since then, I have added my personal touch and helped the pancake evolve into a delicious treat. I am not sure whether it's the hand ground buckwheat, the creamy buttermilk or the delicious combination of spices that bring comfort to those who eat them. I have made these pancakes 1,000 times for my family and friends. It has become a Saturday ritual in my house. Making pancakes offers many rewards:
